Welcome!
Hey there, I'm Millie. I'm your average full-time burnt-out neurodivergent introvert and lover of all things Disney! I live in the place I was born, beautiful and culturally rich Montreal, but we'll still be seeing how the tides turn as far as the place my family and I call home. I love trying new things, and obviously, I also love travel—specifically to Disney-fied locations.
My guilty pleasures are gaming, whether that's competitive Overwatch on my PC or cozy Stardew Valley in bed on the Switch, watching nostalgic animated films (especially Ghibli!), and I'm so interested in new cultures and foods... I'm always trying to find something special to make at home or exploring restaurants in whichever place I'm visiting.
My Family
I have been married to the love of my life, Jay, for just about a year now, but our bond runs far deeper. We've been best friends for over 10 years and have bonded over our mutual love of Disney, gaming, music, and many other things. There's no one else who knows me better in this world. We have 3 cats, Odette, Kyo(shi Soma), and Mochi, and one sweet old German Shepherd mix, Bandit. We're hoping to grow our little family someday, but for now, we're excited to spend time exploring the world together and discovering more about ourselves!
Jay was the one to bring me to Walt Disney World for the first time. He knew that Disney was an escape for me since childhood, due to some bad blood I had to deal with, and that first time was such a magical experience that changed my life. Not only did it solidify my love for him, but it also made me determined to make others feel that level of joy. Travel is such an act of self-love, allowing you to escape the dreary day-to-day and the usual routines to give yourself space to grow and expand your mind and soul. It's so good for you! And it can be as simple as a staycation in your own city—there are things you don't know no matter where you go, and how exciting is that?

A few fun facts about me: I'm a huge fan of Cinderella (classic, right?), my favorite ride is the Mad Tea Party (who doesn't love a good spin?), and you can usually find me enjoying a refreshing Piña Colada during my Disney visits.
